- "Login" to select and sponsor your choice of project
- Appropriately Choose Project, select Payment Mode, Select Payment Method and check your investment summary before you click "Confirm and Proceed"
- The next page shows the invoice and our account details for you to make payment
- After making payment, please send payment evidence to investors@landcrowdy.ng

is to end the problem of shelter in Nigeria, one building at a time. We do this by
creating an online platform for “everyday people'', to engage in the real estate value
chain by building affordable homes in urban communities.

assets as well as empowering building contractors providing access to improved
resources (inclusive of building materials, training on best building practices,
sales of properties for higher value) to boost the quality and quantity of housing
in Nigeria and also provide a healthy profit after sales or let for both contractor
and sponsor.
We are a team of passionate men and women between the ages of 25
and 40, who have come from the Building, Finance and Technology sector. Our common goal
is to seek for ways to reduce the cost of accommodation on urban settlers, contribute
to the increase in affordable housing , and to ensure more youth participation in Real
Estate.

The LandCrowdy App is a simple software application that allows
users with low or high knowledge about Real Estate own a land in less than 2 years
from there Smartphones. The features include daily payment, Daily Price Update and
a Fast Support Customer Care.
You can become a LandCrowdy “Property Owner” for as low as
N50,000. Once you click Create a Invest, you are being directed to pay with your
Debit Card join an investment. You start receiving notification of all activities
about your property; When its been built, when its been Furnished, When its being
insured, when its about to be let and when its sold.
LandCrowdy app discourages or will not support any form of using
the Platform for money Laundering. However, LandCrowdy Nigeria as Pegged the highest
payment per day at N500,000 and maximum of N50,000,000 on a payout property.
This is in support of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulation.
